  • Apple ID Authentication: We use Sign in with Apple for account creation. We receive only the information you choose to share (name, email or private relay email).
  • Drawing Data: Your CAD drawings and project files are stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud.
  • Subscription Information: Subscription status is managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not process or store payment information.
  • Usage Analytics: Optional, anonymized analytics through Apple's App Analytics framework to help us improve the app. This can be disabled in your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the FirstOfCAD application
  • To sync your drawings across devices via iCloud (if enabled)
  • To manage your subscription status
  • To improve app performance and features through anonymized analytics

4. Data Storage

All your drawing data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. We do not operate our own servers for storing user drawing data.

We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics services. The only third-party service is:

  • Apple Services: App Store for subscriptions, iCloud for data sync, and optional Apple Analytics.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any external services, advertisers, or partners.

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information:

  • All data transfer uses encryption (HTTPS/TLS)
  • iCloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
  • Local data benefits from device-level encryption
  • Authentication via Sign in with Apple provides industry-standard security
